  1. As Mehmet Refik Selik, could you introduce us to Nettech, the Leading Brand in its Sector, in the journey you started a quarter of a century ago?

In 1997, he pioneered the sector in the field of mobile accessories in Bursa and established Nettel İletişim Gıda Elektronik Tekstil İnşaat Sanayi Tic. in mobile phone accessory production, wholesale and retail sales. Ltd. Our purpose in establishing Şti.; was to bring an innovative perspective to the sector. As Nettel Group companies, we have two Brands locally. One is Nettech, one is Helt brand. Nettech Our brand is the name of our Nettech Stores, which is a first in Turkey with its store + service concept, with its store concept that makes a difference in both the product and the sector.

We offer our customers a different experience by offering shopping pleasure and technical service together in the concept in our stores.

  1. Can you tell us about the Quick Service concept?

While we sell phone, tablet and smart watch accessories in our Nettech store+ service stores, we also provide technical service for all brands. Our customers can benefit from screen and battery replacement service in 45 minutes. While you are sipping your tea and coffee, we are also repairing your device.

  1. What are your Customer Satisfaction practices?

We receive requests from our customers through communication channels such as our stores, our website, e-mail, and call center, and receive customer expectations and suggestions, as well as complaints, if any, through the CRM system we have created through our own software system. We analyze and report all positive and negative feedback. As a result of these reports, we base our efforts on improving product and technical service quality towards customer satisfaction. The CRM system, which we have created with our quarter-century of knowledge and experience, has been developed with a special software that works completely online and provides instant information transfer, from accounting to stock control, from sales to logistics, from customer satisfaction to dealer management. We measure customer satisfaction with a system we have established completely ourselves and use it to improve our product, store and service processes.

4-With which products does the Nettech brand stand out and how did the pandemic process of 2020-2021 affect you?

We are one of the largest mobile accessory manufacturers in Turkey with a product range of 47,000 in the field of mobile accessories and spare parts. With our 25 years of experience, we offer our customers the opportunity to easily access the innovative products we produce in accordance with the developing technology through Product Development (P&D) activities. We apply international quality standards in our production. We offer our customers an experience at European standards with Nettech and Helt brands Conformite Europea (CE) certificates. We have CE (Conformite European), RoHS (Resriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), LVD Report (The Low Voltage Directive), TCT Certificate of Compliance (Through Measurement Detection, Technology Certificate of Compliance), EMC Report (Electromagnetic Compatibility), TSE HYB, TOBB Global Standards Center Registration Certificates.

“We Increased Product Diversity”

The Covid-19 virus, which emerged in China and affected the world in a short time, affected us as well as the whole world. Even though there were problems in the production process, we turned the crisis into an opportunity and took steps to increase our product diversity and change our service approach.

Nettech GSM Cleaner is a product we developed during this period. During the pandemic period, we used our mobile technological devices in the fight against the Covid-19 virus; Whether it is a smartphone, tablet or wearable technology, we offered it to our customers as a solution to disinfect it. We have developed our own brand, Nettech Screen Cleaning Lotion, which we produce specifically for cleaning mobile devices. We have safely offered Nettech Screen Cleaning Solution to our customers with its anti-bacterial feature. We also changed the technical service concept during the pandemic with the motto "Stay at Home, let's pick up your faulty device from your home, repair it and bring it to you / have your order delivered to your door".

5- Do you recommend entrepreneurs to open Nettech Technology stores with the Franchise model? From where?

In the field of mobile phones, tablets, multimedia and technological products, which take up more and more space in our lives day by day; We recommend it to those who want to invest in the retail sector with product models that keep up with developing technology.

In the fields of mobile phone, tablet and smart watch accessories, spare parts, multimedia and technological products; In our "Nettech store+ service" Store Concepts, where a wide range of colors and brands are displayed in different categories; We benefit from a product range of different brands in mobile accessories and technological products with Helt and Nettech products. We also provide technical service.

Nettech store+ service with a different perspective. Our store concept consists of stores between 70 m2 and 300 m2, providing technical service and selling products. In stores, 1-3 people work in technical service and 4-6 people work in sales. It is a store concept suitable for streets and shopping malls with heavy pedestrian traffic.

Our store concepts consist of Nettech store+ service, Nettech store, Nettech kiosk concepts.

We provide turnkey services in the areas needed in the franchise business model, following the logic of Solution Partnership. Store designs are registered, software and system infrastructure are ready, long-lasting shelving system, product range content and decoration section are important advantages we provide to investors. Smart shelves with easy and fast installation, expanded modern infrastructure and guidance, test products for customer experience, virtual infrastructure, web support, 100% product support, original and high standard Nettel and Helt Branded products, personnel training support, etc. We offer many advantages. Another important advantage of ours is that profitability increases as work can be done with a small number of store personnel.

We are expanding our retailing approach with the franchise business model. We have 15 stores in Bursa, Yalova and Istanbul. We also evaluate franchise requests from domestic and abroad.

6- You have an investment network extending from Bursa to China and from there to Turkey. Could you share this investment network and its size with us?

We produce Nettech and Helt Brand products, whose Design and Trademark registrations belong to us, in China. We work with nearly 100 suppliers. We export most of our Helt Brand to Europe via China. We have 47,000 product types of our Nettech and Helt Brands in the categories of powerbank, case, charger, sound and music, cable, memory products, accessories, screen protector, environmental sciences and spare parts. We deliver our product range to 8 countries through distributors.
