“We aim to reach 20 stores” Nettech is of course a flagship for us. However, we also have work related to the construction industry. We have shopping mall and school projects. Sectorally, we will generally focus on digital sales. We are considering slowing down the hot sales a little more. We will start retailing. We aim to expand our current 8 stores to 20 stores across Turkey by the end of the year. Our 2018 projects include expanding to Europe. “We will focus all our attention on digital sales” 2017 caused us some difficulties due to the volatility of exchange rates. We had exchange rate losses, but we are currently continuing in a stable manner. Our expectations are high for 2018. In 2018, we plan to devote all our attention to digital sales, e-commerce sales, and new software and portal networks that we will install. We have a software we developed ourselves called Kale 2. We plan to connect to all e-commerce platforms in the world through this software. “2 thousand products belong entirely to us” We have a total of 43 thousand products, including technical service materials. The R&D of 2 thousand products belongs entirely to us. After international brands, we have the best products you can find in Turkey. Our products are at the highest level in terms of performance and award-winning designs.

“The biggest problem of the sector is unbranded products” General problems related to our sector are the sales of unbranded products, which we call 'no name', which do not contain CE certificates, do not have any certifications, are cheap and harmful to human health. These sales cause serious damage to our industry. Increasing costs direct consumers to these products due to their low prices. This makes it a little difficult for us. We request our consumers to prefer certified and branded products. Because these products are 100% safe and have passed all tests. These well-known brands do not exceed ten brands in our country. With our 2 brands, we produce and sell products that consumers can use safely and with peace of mind. While the original products of world-known international brands are on average 100 bars, their anonymous products are produced at 4-5 bars and sold as if they were original products. There are a lot of imitation products sold in the market, and imitation products of our own brands are sold in the market. Products bearing our brand are of the same quality as the products of world-renowned international brands, and their compliance with European standards is certified. Products other than these are no name products or imitation products that we call fake. “Customer satisfaction is our basic principle.” Working devotedly is our first recommendation. Consumer-oriented and principled work should be a priority for those who will enter business life. They must be on the side of the consumer and aim to protect the consumer. After sales is very important to us. Our basic principle is to fulfill all standards in order to satisfy our consumers, rather than 'We sold it, we made our money'. Our primary goal is to satisfy consumers both during sales and after our service. All standards required for this are used by us for the satisfaction of our customers in sales and service. We have adopted the principle of constantly improving our 21-year-old brand by working forward, giving importance to innovation and R&D, not to save the day. Our brands are our face. The more satisfied our consumers are with us, the more they will return.
