VISIT TO BURSA METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY MAYOR ALİNUR AKTAŞ

Local Production Should Be Supported
M. Refik Selik, Chairman of the Board of Nettel Group, stated that they are progressing with an approach that makes a difference in the sector with their local brands Helt, Nettech and fast service in mobile technological products, and stated that they have a wide product range with 27,000 product types in the field of mobile accessories. It is vital that we become a self-sufficient country these days. For this reason, we planned to move our production facilities abroad to our country. If we, as a country, do not develop our national wealth, we cannot sustain our national values. Local production should be supported.” he said
There is a need for intermediate staff in mobile technologies
M. Refik Selik stated that they made a difference by bringing together mobile phone and tablet accessories and technical service by breaking new ground in Turkey with the Store+Service concept, and drew attention to the need for intermediate staff in mobile technologies. Selik said, "We are having difficulty finding qualified personnel to work in our technical service. Providing the need for qualified intermediate staff, which is extremely critical in technology production and service, and preparing our young people for the professions of the age is of vital importance for our future. It will be beneficial to develop training on these mobile technology subjects in technical high schools and vocational schools."

Stating that they have adopted a fast service approach in mobile technologies such as mobile phones, tablets and wearable technology, Selik pointed out that they perform "screen and battery replacement in one hour" in store + service stores within the scope of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
